Paula's parents are coming home
Mark– Hi Paula. This is Mark. Paula– Hi Mark. Mark– How was yesterday's party? Paula– It was super, but right now I'm cleaning the kitchen. My parents are coming home tomorrow morning. The train arrives at 10.30 and my kitchen is a mess. There's nothing in the fridge, nor in the freezer. The dishwasher is full of dishes. There are many dirty saucepans and frying pans. I can't find the lids and the kitchen table is full of glasses, cups, plates and grimy tea towels. Mark– So you are busy, aren't you? Paula– I'm just nervous. Mark– And what are you doing tomorrow night? Paula– My parents and I are going to the theatre. Say, why don't you come with us? We have an extra ticket. Mark– What are you seeing? Paula– Romeo and Juliet. Mark– What time does it start? Paula– It starts at 8.00 in the evening. Mark– OK. But only if I come and help you with the kitchen. Paula– Right. That's a good idea. Mark– I'll be right over. Clique na imagem e veja o vocabulário
